Hey. Can I have a private post please. I am 7 weeks pregnant and told my Work right away. I asked my boss about a risk assessment he didn’t have a clue. Then the owner said I had to do one but my boss hasn’t bothered about it. I work in a very busy restaurant. Is it required for me to do one? I want one done just to be on the safe side.
