Hey can I please have a private post
I went to take my 8 week old little girl to get her jags last week and when we walked into the room the nurse just looked me and my partner over and in a rather rude tone said “Oh! how old are you?”. I told her I was 25 to which she responded by rolling her eyes and saying ” wow babies having babies…” in quite a disgusted sounding manner. I was quite offended by this but I was too in shock to say anything. She was very condescending the whole appointment. As if taking my daughter for her first jags wasn’t hard enough! I just wanted to know if I’m overreacting. I didn’t know if I should have put in a complaint about her or not because if she said that to me god knows what she says to the younger girls that come in.
What would you have done in my situation?

I’d have told her to politely do her job and to mind her own business before you take it up with her boss! How rude is that though! Xx
I’d report her, dosnt matter what age you are, there’s people alot older than u that can’t manage to look after a kids for whatever reason, your age dosnt determin your parenting skills or life experience😡 hate people lol
lol I had just turned 17 when my oldest lad was born! 9 years later I’m due to have baby number 5 and I guess I must look my age now cuz no one says anything to me 😂😂 I would complain though that’s not on rude bitch xxx
I’m 27 and look 12!! I feel your pain… i had 2 kids. With my 2nd they were really rude during night feeding in hospital in the end I told her to fuck off I was 26 with a 4 year old I know what I’m doing! Xxx
How rude 😱 I’ve just turned 23 and due my first baby 3rd September. This health professional would have a field day with me then If she thinks your a ‘baby having a baby’ You should have complained!! Xxx
I’ve had that too. I was 20 when I had my boy and a doctor told me ‘if you don’t want pains you shouldn’t have got pregnant. Pregnancy is a blessing not a disability’ I could hardly walk. But safe to say I struggled the rest of the way through and I’m now 40+4 on my second with an agonising bad back but I will never ever go and see a doctor again. She made me so so upset! They think they can say what they like to whomever they like to! It’s so wrong
God knows what she’d think of me then having my second at 20 😅 I would’ve just laughed and been sarcastic about it to her & most definitely would’ve reported her she’s there to do a job not to judge people rude cow!
If this was me I would have walked out and said I’m making a complaint and booking in with someone else don’t want someone like you around my child how rude !!!
