Hey could i have a private post please 😊

My neighbour works nights, I get on with him very well, I have a 2 year old daughter who likes to play in the garden after nursery, now she’s not the type of kid who squeals stupidly loud or screams for no reason, she has fun, laughs, talks to me an so on….anyway my neighbour had a word me with me the other day and asked me if I would keep her quiet in the afternoons as he is trying to sleep and he has his window open because it’s hot and he can hear her. Now I respect that he’s tired and needs sleep, an I wouldn’t have my daughter being annoyingly loud anyway (wether he was on nights or not…) but is it fair to be constantly shushing my daughter because he’s asleep? I don’t want her to feel like she can’t laugh and have fun in her own back garden but I really don’t want to fall out with him either 😔
