I need some advice… I paid for me my partner(at the time) and my little boy to go to butlins in December; Iv now split with my partner but we both agreed we’d pay half for the holiday, he then borrowed £15 off me to get petrol and said he’ll pay it back; plus we take it in turns to pay my sons swimming lessons and now when Iv asked for the money to be paid back his refusing saying he can’t pay it all at once so I said fair enough so I requested he gave the £153.50 back for the holiday this month and then the left over amount next month. His still refusing to do that, how can I go about it? Baring in mind he only pays his phone bill, car tax, insurance and petrol; He doesn’t have to pay rent or anything, what’s the best way to go about it to actually get the money back; he thinks I have all the money in the world when I don’t and I need to go food shopping 🙄.
