Hey its not baby related but could i have an private post please.
I have anxiexty and really trying to stop worrying about silly things. I am on anxiety medication that does help but still get a horrible feeling of worry in my belly. Does anyone else just suddenly start worrying about things you dont need to and sometimes even nothing, you just feel worried?
