Hey looking for advice. I have made a doctors appointment for Monday but just curious and Google is telling me im already dead. the past week i have a had a very very tight lower stomach. Sometimes it spasms and i get little movements from it. Its sore to roll over on my belly or even try and sit up and it feels very tence. I maybe thought it was my period coming as i have had very very minor bleeding for a few days. Anyone else every experience this because i dont want to to become worse. Tia x
