Hey nbr but really need some advice as don’t know where else to turn. Please post.

In January of this year i got with a man who is Indian, we literally got on so well. In March he ended up splitting from me because his family found out he was dating me and I have 3 kids. They said it goes against their culture and it was either them or me, he chose his family.

A month later we meet up and we hit it off again and things go really well. Never had a man respect me so much in my life. He did everything and anything he could for me. He treated me like a princess..

Then at the end of August he break down and cries to me for hours because he can’t do the relationship anymore because we have no future because of his family. He doesn’t wanna risk losing his mum. Then 2 weeks later he takes me to France for 6 days. Ever since then we sort of stayed in contact and he still likes to make sure I’m okay with my life. I guess why I am writing this in is because I really would like to chat with people who have been through a similar thing because I don’t know how to deal with it tbh. I can’t quite come around to the acceptance of it all. X
