hey please can i have a private post
I’m looking for some advice, I’m pretty much stuck between a rock and hard place, I’m trying to end things with my current partner (he’s abusive mentally and physically) and I cannot take it any longer! I want to remain where I am but I want him to leave, was thinking a injunction? I still want to leave the door open to him seeing our children as I really want them to have a fatherly figure in there lives, has anyone ever taken out a injunction on someone? how does it work? anything else I can do? I just don’t know anymore 😣
