Sorry for the long post! Need help with my daughters behaviour 😭😭

I have a daughter that’s nearly 5. Her attitude, behaviour and temper are absolutely disgraceful. Especially at night!! She screams and cries and shouts constant. To the stage that she is up until close to midnight every night, with me running up and down the stairs a good 10 times a night (if not more). I have two other kids (aged 3 years and 10 months). I have taken her dollies from her at night as she spent hours playing with them. She shares a room with my 3 year old and has told him that monsters are in the room. They go to bed for 7:30pm, they get their tv on (due to my son being terrified of the monsters when it’s dark and the shadows from lamps and night lights make him more scared). Recently she has been asking for peppa on once my son is asleep. She knows that they get one film and then nothing so I tell her no. She then spends a good hour to two hours screaming. I’ve tried taking things from her and telling her she’ll get them back when she’s good, I’ve tried behaviour charts, I’ve tried telling her that Santa’s watching and we have two elf on the shelves so I told her they report to Santa, I’ve even tried just ignoring her and sitting at the top of the stairs and saying nothing to her but just picking her up and putting her straight back into bed. I’m at the stage where I feel like this will never stop, I can’t cope with this anymore. My other two kids are very poorly the now so have me up most of the night. She’s had me crying and everything because of this behaviour. I’ve asked nursery staff for help and advice along with health visitor and a couple other professionals (action for children and Home Start). Does anyone have any advice that I could try or anything like that? Hoping I haven’t tried it already! But tbh, I’m not sure how much more I can cope with. My man is away for 6 months now with his work.
So he can’t help me out and I’m not sure that I’ll be the same person, emotionally, by the time he comes back if I can’t get her to be good 😭😭
