Hey private post please… mummies I need your help! How do I get my 5 month old to get to sleep on a night? She is in her cot in her own room as stopped night feeds around 3 1/2months herself but we just can’t seem to find a good routine 😔 she will not settle, we rock her.. out her down asleep.. put her down awake… and she just keeps winging and winging until she must be so tired she finally goes off!… for a couple hours (if lucky) then up probably every hour cos dummy has come out… so tired and baby is barely getting a good amount of undisturbed sleep! Does anyone have the answer?! Thankyou in advance x
