Heya I posted before but everything has gone the opposite way now. Basically my son’s dad wanted to take me to court. My solicitor sent an offer in which he accepted. Anyways he wanted me to do drop offs and as it is early I said okay. But he keeps kicking off in my face so I said we will have to get a family member to pick him up and drop him off cause this isn’t fair on my son and I feel threatened quite honestly due to his past behaviour with me. So I said I will not see him in person at present. Anyways I said I am happy to set up a contact centre just for pick ups if his family say no. Anyways he has decided to walk away again as the contact centre will need paying for and he refuses to let his family do it. I was wondering if it was a thing where I could take him to court to make him see his child for a few hours a fortnight. My son only just got him back and I don’t have the heart to tell him he isn’t going next week as I think everyone will blame me but I refuse to be shouted in my face in front of my son. I walked away and everything but he scares me he really does. So could I make him see our son via a court order or is it a case of letting him go and hoping he don’t ever come back to break my son’s heart again? Son is 6 so has expressed his wishes to see his dad. Thanks
