Hi a little advice on nightmares
My little boy is 3 and half nearly 4, now and again he will have a nightmare, can never remember what about but wakes up hestericle crying, and doesn’t want to go back to sleep unless there is a light on, or someone is in his room with him, nothing about his routine has changed its still the same, he is really great sleeper, and as parents we try to give him reassurance tell him the dreams or not real, what other suggestions can I do
