Hi can I get a pp please?

How do you other mummy’s yet their 20 month old to sleep? My son went to sleep after 11pm and woke at 5:45 this morning. I can’t get him back to sleep I’m 10 weeks pregnant sickness is killing me at the minute and I’ve no1 at all to help as his dad works & he’s got his own flat😭 I’m at the end of my rope this morning havnt stopped crying I’m so so exhausted. Xx
