Hi can I get a PPP to Mums Advice/Mums Advice Private Chat, thanks.

A bit of a back story, quite long so sorry…
My partner has full custody of his 3 year old daughter from his previous relationship. The child was in care for the first year and he has had her for the last 2 years. We have actively tried to push the birth mother (she calls me mum and I call her my daughter) in to seeing the child, we agreed with Social Services that she can see our daughter once a week during the week and the next week at the weekend, the birth mother has to be supervised through all visits and isn’t to have more than 3 hours at a time. It’s been a bit more than 2 years that we have had our daughter and the birth mother has seen her 5 times total and never for the full 3 hours. She constantly get people to take photos from our Facebook’s and puts them on her own pretending to be this perfect mother when infact she hasn’t bothered to see her child since the end of March.

Myself and my partner have been discussing whether we should claim CSA from her? If We did claim We wouldn’t use it, it would go straight into our daughters savings account for when she is 18. We dont claim any other benefits at all as we both work and can afford longer by so even though we are entitled we would rather not claim but we feel she need to pay towards her daughter, she has never brought her anything, never even seen her for her birthdays or Christmases, nothing.
