Hi, can I get a private post please?

Does anyone else feel like they’re suffocating at times. I’ve got 2 beautiful daughters, who I wouldn’t change for the world, I suffer with anxiety and depression and feel like I’m struggling at life. I’ve got myself in such a state because I feel like I’m a crap parent.. thanks for your time x
