Hi can I get a private post please?

I’m desperately needing advice. I’m a single mum to an 8yr old daughter. Where we live, I’ve suffered almost 3years worth of verbal abuse, been assaulted, had my property damaged aswell by 2 females in the village & 1 of their daughters. We’re currently in & out of court. Things have gotten so bad the police advised me to out in for a move. Which I’ve done. Waiting on the police submitting a report to back my move. However, things have taken a turn, the council told me today it was unsafe to go back home & sent me to the police station. The police said they can’t help me & sent me back to the council. The council said until they have the police report, I’ll have to return home, as we’ve nowhere else to go. I can’t afford to go to a private let, as I’m currently on the sick, waiting for an operation. I’m in Scotland, so I appreciate Scottish Laws are different to English laws. There is no way possible I can get a deposit & a month’s rent in advance. I’m just wondering does anyone know what else I can do, or able to put me in touch with any Landlords who could possibly help me temporarily until I secure another tenancy with Fife Council?

This situation is having a major affect on myself & my child. We struggle to sleep, terrified to go outside, even to the local shop. My child is terrified to go to school or come home from school, the school end up calling me asking me to go collect my child. I feel like we are stuck & have no idea how long the police report will take.

Apologies for the long post, any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. And no bashing please, I’ve reported every incident to the police, but feel I’m out of options to get away from this situation & letting my child down as a mother.
