Hi can i have a post. I need sleep advice for my 9 month old b/g twins. They slept well from birth waking only twice for feeds then they started to sleep through from 12 weeks but for the past few month they have been waking at 4am and nothing we do will get them back off again and we are exhausted, I have a 7yr old so I cant let then cry it out as they will wake him up they are very unsettled all night it’s not just the heat as this has been happening for a good few months now any advice would be appreciated
