Hi can I have a post on your private chat page please.

Sorry for the long post but really need some advice. So me and my partner have been together 9 years, 2 children involved. Wev had an up and down relationship but over the last few years hes seriously been mentally abusive, constant mind games and says the most vile things. He knows I suffer with depression and tells me to go jump off a bridge or to die, calls me a whale or a rhino knowing I’m self conscious about my weight..tells me he hooes my wholr family get hit by a bus..the lost is endless. Recently he has started turning against my daughter, others might see it as him being over strict but he is awful towards her and I can’t watch it happen. I know he needs to go but I don’t know how to find the mental state to do it. We split up about 4 years ago and I was that hurt I ended up seeing psychiatrist and doctor after doctor. How do I do this? How can I cope afterwards? I will loose everything as it’s all in his name. I don’t want to be anywhere near where he is. Seems so much easier to stay and put up with his shit but for my children’s sake I can’t. I can’t stop crying jist thinking off it happening so god knows what I will be like after. Don’t even know where to start 😥😥 Thank you xx
