I currently had to leave my job at the end of my probationary period (3 months) as a decision by my employer. They said I will have a weeks notice (they didn’t let me work for this week, I had to leave immediatley) and that I’ll get any holiday entitlement paid. I’ve been paid for the week that they wouldn’t let me work. My question is I was there for exactly 3 months so what holidays was I entitled to? I took one holiday off for my birthday on 22nd May and that’s it. I worked 45 hours a week. Thanks
