Hi can I have a post please.. I’ve been having problems with my ex and my son. (5years old) we have a court order and he was meant to have him 23rd-24th and cancelled cause his mum and dad have coughs and 30th-1st but once again cancelled cause he says he’s working. We spoke 2 weeks ago and he said they were still fine I would drop him off he would drop him back. Well today he’s demanded that he has 28th-29th instead. My other half has booked to go to a panto 29th and I’m seeing my grandad who has dementia and is in a hospital with Pneumonia on the 29th he’s none stop insulting me demanding I cancel my plans I’ve tried rebooking the panto and I can’t cancel seeing my grandad as need to get hospital permission so I said he could have him before or after on one of these days and it’s not good enough even though these were my days so we already made plans. Now I have surgery tomorrow for a on going problem and I’m getting all this abuse. I’m so desperate now to not have any contact with him but still stick to what’s been arranged for our son has anyone ever got a injunction/non molostation order? I’ve had 5 years of control abuse and nastiness I can’t take anymore 😭
