Hi can I have a post please,

My daughter came home from nursery today and when picked up had diarrhoea in her pants she got home and said her belly was hurting and wouldn’t stop drinking water and then did more diarrhoea on the toilet which was foaming when asked why her belly hurting she said she drank soap at nursery in obviously ringing the nursery in the morning but what do I say I no they said the children to bathroom on there own and have seen kids just wandering in when iv dropped her off so I do believe she had drank soap. To add she is 2 years old and toilet training so never normally poos her self so her belly must be bad iv called 111 on advice as not sure what do do
What should I say and ask the nursery tomorrow?
