Hi can i have a post please?
Not directly about children, but can’t find an answer anywhere else🙁
My partners checked our account this morning via Nationwides mobile app and £400 has been taken out the account in one sum with the note “Sundries” attached to it, no other details. Has anyone ever seen this before or have any clue what is? We havent spent money in a lump like that at all, and have no bills which were over due/due to be paid this week (especially not that amount!)

Its really confused us and left us short now!

Has anyone got any advice on what to do about it? Been on hold to Nationwide for 20 minutes now and they’re not open in my area until Monday! Didn’t need this added stress at all 😫
