yes it’s totally normal hun it’s called engorging they’ll be hard and Sore for upto a week but will go down cabbage leaves help if you pop inside your bra cups try wearing bras with no wires or like a sports bra x
That means theyre engorged (full), You need to either feed or express, otherwise you could end up with mastitis, which is so paunful 😩
