Hi can I have a PP on private chat please..

Last night I started having a couple of itchy raised spots on the side of my thighs at the top, they were normal colour just raised and really itchy and when I itched it made them worse and really sore. Today I’ve been out all day and a couple more have appeared in the same area, this is how one looks now.

What could they be? We have a dog but it’s a small dog which rarely likes going outside other than the back garden, but I’m still thinking fleas or something? How do I get rid of them if it is? There’s four of us in the house (2 adults, 2 children) and no-one else has got these.

Any advice really appreciated, please no judging x
