Hi can I have a PP please.
Did anyone have a planned epidural with their second child? I’m seriously considering it. My first was born 4 weeks early weighing 6lb 9 and I had a second degree tear. I’m terrified I’ll go full term and have a massive baby, his older sister (not mine) was nearly 10lb born full term which would have been his predicted weight. I also tore upwards during labour which was agonising. My skin is so weak down there I tear everytime I have a bowel movement so I’m worried I’m going to tear from a to b 😭 I’m not very informed with the effects epidural can have on baby but as far as I know there’s no major risks? I’m only in the first trimester but it’s on my mind daily 😂 tia x
