Hi can I have a pp please don’t no who to talk to about it as I feel my family would judge. So I’ve 2 young kids, (1 In school) I never go anywhere really as my partner works 9-5 and we live in the countryside and I don’t have a car, he gos off then at weekends and leaves me at home with the kids so weekends I’m left home too.. I can’t go see my friends etc due to not driving.. every time I mention I’m going to meet my friend or go out with them my partner turns and plans something and says we will go to this place (just so I can’t go) he gives out also when I mention I wana go to see my mum. I feel as tho he doasnt like me going anywhere especially out drinking with friends. I feel like I’m getting depressed over this because everyday I just don’t see a point to even get dressed!!!! Why would I when I’m not going anywhere. Would this be signs of controlling behaviour from him? Just my friend asked me to head out for Halloween and I feel nervous saying it to him as he will try talk me out of going. It’s always happened for the past 2 years I haven’t been out with my friends only to a few family events of his family!! I think I’m gonna just tell him I’m going and go cos he seems to think he can talk me out of everything the whole time 😞
