Hoping someone can help..

So i havent had my lady time in nearly two years (im 27) i had the implant in and still have it. It was due out 1 year ago so anyway this morning i woke up with a little bit of bleeding and its stopped now well i think it has does anyone have any idea what thus could be any help would be great.
