Hi. Can I have a pp please?
I started started working on the 27th November for a new company. I was 20 weeks pregnant at the time but didn’t inform them of this. Today I have given my boss my MATB1 form and informed him I am pregnant and due in 15 weeks and when I would like to leave (30th March) . I am aware I will have to claim maternity allowance as I haven’t worked here long enough. My boss said he is disappointed I didn’t tell him earlier, but he probably wouldn’t have employed me if I had. I am waiting to hear back from them. What are my rights regarding this as I am worried I will get sacked and say I have failed my probation. I had a review before Christmas and they said they were very happy with me. Any advice would help. Thank you xxx
