Hi can I have a pp please? It’s a long 1 sorry!!
Can anyone help who has been through court regarding there ex trying to get contact with the kiddies?!
I only found out a week ago that I’m in court in a few days and have no idea what to do! I can’t get legal aid there’s no such thing anymore so I have to represent myself. And it’s too soon to get any help off CAB it takes weeks to he an initial appointment!
My ex was mentally abusive and used to say horrible things about wanting to hurt the baby’s so I would never leave them alone with him, he used to brag to people that he hadn’t changed more than about 3 nappies in 4 years just to give you an idea how much he contributed and no he didn’t work either! Resulting in me not ring able to work because he would say well don’t blame me if anything happens to the kids! I don’t even know we’re im going with this I just need to know how to be prepared? I have hundreds of abusive/threatening messages on my Facebook off him and my HV said she will write a statement on my behalf saying about mental abuse and being a deadbeat dad basically! Will this be helping in court at all does anyone think?? I have bad anxiety and going crazy because I even have to see his face after almost 2 years it brings back so much that I’ve locked up and tried so hard to forget about!
