Hi can I have a pp please. My long term partner and dad to our daughter left me a couple of weeks ago. I’m absolutely devasted. Haven’t really told anyone yet (his choice) so I’m just looking for some advice. I literally feel like my whole world has caved in, I’ve just been on the park with my daughter and had to come home because I was sat looking up at the sky and wondering how can such an open space make me feel so suffocated and then I couldn’t stop crying. I know I need to pull myself together for my daughters sake but I really just feel like I can’t. How do I make this pain stop 💔 the few people who do know keep telling me that things will get better and I know they are probably right but right now, saying stuff like that to me isn’t helping. I don’t know what to do 😞
