Hi can I have a pp please,

Right I today I was on my way out to do my shopping with my lg and we got on the bus which wasn’t too busy but there was anouther empty stroller with carrier bags in and loads of other bags in the pram section so the bus driver told me that I have to collapse my pram as there is no space and the next bus was 1 hour away, when I asked the person if they would be able to put the shopping on a seat so I could put my pram there they kicked off shouting abuse about prams being in the way, in the end I didn’t want to argue back so I had to collapse my i candy which is 2 pieces and try and drag it down the bus to put it on the seat whilst carrying my 1 year old, all this and the bus driver didnt say a word, am I in the wrong for asking for her to move her shopping? Sorry for the long post!x

  • I had that years ago! Had a 8 week old an a nearly 2 year old. A double pushchair an this woman had a 4 year old in a stroller!! Bus driver wouldn’t ask her to move, I asked she wouldn’t. An everyone on the bus watched me struggle! Beyond a joke sometimes! You were in the right asking an the bus driver should of told her to move!!! X

  • Omg I’d be fuming! Did nobody else come to your defence? I think that’s shocking. I use buses all the time and I was once fuming about having to angle my pram with child in against an empty stroller with no child in. >.< xxx

  • Was this eastbourne? There is a woman who has a buggy for her shopping and NEVER moves it the amount of Ines I watch people struggle as well as myself to close my buggy grab my bags and one year old while pregnant because she refuses o move hers is ridiculous! Next time il pull up my buggy and refuse to move it till she gets off or moves hers il point out the signs and or jug wheel her bloody buggy off the bus lol x

  • People should only use the pushchair space if the child is in the buggy. Stuff like that annoys me. Been there myself with my double buggy when my kids where 14 & 2 months old😡 Thankfully the driver told her to fold the buggy and put it away since the child wasn’t in it. Some people are just rude.xx

  • How rude!! I would report it to the bus company. you use the buggy for your child and the pushchair was empty so she had no right!! xx

  • There’s signs on the buses where I live stating if there’s no child in the pushchair then it has to be collapsed, I’d be fuming if that was me x

  • If no kid in the stroller deffo should have folded it down for a baby in a pram
