Hi, can I have a pp please?

Hi mums, so I went for a positional scan on Tuesday at 37+5 as my baby has been flexed breech for a while, he’s now lying transverse 😔! I’m now 38 weeks and they want me to go and have another positional scan today and if he’s still transverse then they’ll be admitting me to hospital there and then, does anyone no why they do this? I wanted to ask to ask my consultant a load of questions but she’s a bit of a flustered woman that’s always rushing around and you don’t feel like you can have a proper chat with her!

Has anyone else’s babies turned from transverse this late? Either into head down or breech?

Also at the scan they suspect that I have now have gestational diabetes because the baby is bigger than average and I have a lot of fluid!! I’m due to have blood profiling today too, has anyone else had GD this late in pregnancy? What does it mean for me and baby?

Sorry to for so many questions!! 😊 Any advice or info would be much appreciated!
