Hi can I have a pp please?

My son is 5 and been on the waiting list to have his tonsils removed, he suffers with tonsilitus every month and has got huge tonsils, just had a letter saying he got pre assessment and now I’m scared senseless 😔 im so worried about him having it and going under anaesthetic it’s making me sick with worry, anyone’s children had this? Any bad outcomes? Xxx
