Need advise please
Long.story short my little ones dad has never been best dad, in space of 2 years he- didn’t turn up to birth, didn’t turn up to be put on birth certificate, he’s made no contribution to anything for my little one I did apply for csa but he forced me to stop it or he wouldn’t do any help at all baring in mind I’m struggling and depending on help from my family, first time he met my little one was in prison! I took him as thought he would see what amazing little boy he has and start to be a dad second her got out he went back to women that put him in prison! Now he’s married with another new born and is refusing to help me in anyway till he’s on birth certificate! I asked him for £10 to put on electric last week as I had 80p on it and he refused and said it’s my fault my little one is missing out 🙁 I’ve brought my little one up on my own since he was born! His dad has had him for 5 days and 4 weekends in 2 years? I’m scared if I put him on birth certificate he will refuse to give him back to me? As he is that petty and will do anything to spite me? Any advise what I should do? All I want is my son to have a dad something I didn’t? But his dad is making it impossible? On contact he turns up 2-3 hours late and in past my little one has came back starving hungry at 6:45 when I’ve told him he has his tea between 5-6? Is he putting me on a guilt trip? Please any advice is welcome?
