Hi, can I have a pp please?

So I’ve got this patch of skin on my wrist that’s itchy, dry and bleeds sometimes, it’s very sore especially since it’s on the joint that bends so it’s very tender! Ive had it for about 2 months maybe and it has increased in size since. I’ve asked the drs and she said it’s probably an allergic reaction to a hand but wash or something so she gave me a tub of cream to wash my hands in and apply to the area, it hasn’t worked at all! I also tried some steroid cream and again it hasn’t done anything, does anyone know what this could be? Please see pic, thanks x
