Hi can I have a ppp, been to court 2 months and I found out from safeguarding letter that my ex partner had been arrested for being violet to his ex partner (I had no idea until I saw the safeguarding letter) and he was also abusive to me police have been called so this is logged, court said no interim contact until section 7 is completed because he doesn’t have the best record drug dealing and money laundering and violence, cafcass are going to come and speak to me on Friday about section 7 but I’ve said all I can already and I’m so heartbroken about what I’ve found out and court is very confusing and I have no idea what contact to expect them to give him, has anyone been in a similar situation and could shed a bit of light on my situation?😞
