Hi can I have a ppp

I actually feel such a bad mam right now 😫 I’m disabled anyway but I’ve cracked a facet joint out of place on Tuesday other then Thursday(because I was on a course) and yesterday (at there dad’s families) I’ve struggled but had both my boys with me but this morning I’m in so much pain and my boys have trashed there room and my front room while I was trying to get some clothes washed. I’ve phoned my dad in tears and begged him to come and get them. There always a little bit unsettled after being with there dad’s nana and dad but this is on another scale I honestly don’t no what to do its getting worse every week 😥 my dad’s picked them up and said they will keep them tonight take my youngest to nursery and drop my oldest back here in the morning but I’m dreading them coming home because I just don’t know what there going to be like and tbh I don’t think I can manage them right now. Im crying as I write because other then me and my parents my son’s haven’t got anyone stable in their lives their dad’s family drops them at the drop of a hat and their dad’s just anothet story. I feel like I’m failing them. I suppose I’m just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and where would I turn for help TIA
