Hi can i have a ppp? Im 9 weeks pregnant and i feel so pathetic but im really not coping with how unwell i feel. My nausea is unbearable, i have 0 energy and i feel so dizzy. I wasnt anywhere near this bad in the beginning with my 4 year old. Please give me tips to up my energy at least (i was a coffee addict before but gone off hot drinks). And tell me im not the only one who felt this horrible at these early days? Im so grateful to be pregnant, but i need to be a mum to my 4 year old and im so drained already xx
