Hi can I have a ppp – just looking for advice so please no bashing.
My ex partner has only ever seen his daughter a couple of times when she was born. She turns 1 very soon and he hasn’t seen her since she was about 3 months old (even then he only saw her for a few hours every two weeks) and I’ve just had a letter through the door about mediation. Just looking for advice as I’m not really sure what this is, I understand it’s a third party which tries to come to an arrangement that both parties are happy with.. I was wondering whether I will have to pay to go to these? As the letter says all the costs of mediation however I am not willing to pay these. I know I can object however would not like to go to court over it. Tia ladies x
