Just need abit of advice.
I’m on holiday in another country with a friend and for the past 3 days I’ve been having really bad panic attacks, it got that bad I nearly had to go hospital. I fly home tomorrow and got told I won’t be able to get on the plane if I still like this, I’m gonna go try ad get some calms, but does any one else have any advise, because I’m getting myself into an emotional wreck.
