My girls dad decided to take his own life recently, his family are arranging funeral except there dictating to who comes… me n my lg dad split 9 years ago he also has kids to other women who are all going… here’s my problem there saying I’m banned from funeral n they want to arrange to pick up my lg.. I’m saying not without me as none of my lg dad family bothered with my girl she now 11… so would u take her knowing there threatening you if u do turn up or take her once service etc is over..?? Police are aware… what would you do??

If your daughter dad family don’t know your girl then don’t let them take her! It’s not fair on her, she will need her Mum there to support her as it’s going to be a hard saying goodbye to her dad. Maybe if you don’t go together you could both do something together to celebrate his life ? Xx
Why aren’t you allowed to go .I wouldn’t be allowing them to take her on there own when they haven’t bothered with her for years x
what do you mean by police are aware ? as in they informed them they dont want you there?
id go. i mean its inportant for both of you. you dont have to sit up at the front with the family but you should go. i honestly cant imagine he wouldnt want yous there. deff take her yourself. she needs your support not theirs.
