Hi can I have a ppp? My nearly two year old son has started banging his head against his cot bars when I put him to bed at night. Was just wondering if any other mothers have had this problem with their kids? If I go in and lie him back down, he’ll just sit back up and carry on doing it. He used to do it in his high chair too about 6 months ago to the point it ripped the fabric from the constant banging. Is there any way I can get him to stop doing this, as I’ve tried black out blinds in his room as I thought it was the light keeping him awake, and also tried only letting him nap once a day, which is around 10/11am. And also not letting him nap at all and putting him to bed later than usual. He starts to fall asleep downstairs sometimes, so is obviously tired but when I take him up to bed, he still does the head banging 😞 or does anyone have any suggestions on how to pad out his cot as I have tried a pillow but he just moves it. Thank you xx
