Hi can I have a ppp please?

I was on the depo injection for 3 months only and was due my second shot on the 1st may but I didn’t go for it as me and my partner are ttc again.. I have been off it now for 11 weeks and I’ve had severely sore boobs, abdo pain, and on the 29th June I had spotting (pink, light and only when I wiped) lasted not even a full day. Since that I’ve had quite a few pains, constipation and really tired and my appetite has increased a lot, done tests they are negative, although I did 2 years and I could see a really faint second line on them thru the casing so left it a bit then took the casing off and could see it more clearly but did another and was negative. Anyone else experienced stuff like this after only having a 3 month dose of depo? Xx
