Hi can I have a PPP?

So basically I’m 39 weeks pregnant and ready to pop at anytime. I live in a council flat in a council housing estate which is relatively calm and quiet street the majority of the time. (my street is mainly families with young children) However, there is one specific family who live across the street and the parents are ned/chav junkies of some kind with two children. The abuse the children get all the time from them makes me sick to my stomach. It’s either shouting from the veranda down to the street with abuse or it’s literally every morning about half 7 there is a 15 minute VERY loud argument going on between the parents or the parents and the kids on the street going to school and it’s disgusting language and behaviour that not only wakes me up, but makes me feel physically sick for those poor kids growing up in such a horrific environment every day of their lives with two people who are clearly using and abusing and mentally (haven’t SEEN anything physical on the street but it wouldn’t surprise me behind closed doors the way they go on) abusing their kids. It’s just so horrible to witness and watch unfold every morning when they’re taking them to school. My question is really, am I just to sit back and watch this? Particularly with my newborn arriving any time I’ll not be the happiest mum if the crazy lot wake my baby after a night of no sleep! However this morning another neighbour had a go telling them to shut up and they both went mental at her saying ‘I’m going to get you ya stupid bitch’ etc… I don’t want to start a scene! I just wish there were undercover police or social workers waiting at the scene to do it for me! My partner says you don’t grass people like that, and says he will have a word with the guy but I can see that ending badly as my partner can have a short temper with people like that and I don’t want him getting into trouble. Sorry for the long post but has anyone got any advice or been in this situation? I work in a nursery so child protection is a big part of my life and I’m such a worrier but I don’t know if it’s my place or if i should keep my nose out of it? I don’t want trouble at my door especially with a newborn 😩
