Hi , can I have a ppp?

So basically I’m on the pill , but for the past week I’ve been waking up felling very sick and I’m having diarrhoea with it too , my boobs have grown but aren’t sore , I’m tired all the time but then that could be down to having 4 kids and going to bed late 😂🙈.
Any advice please ladies? Xx
