Hi can I have a ppp thanks

My son is three years old when he was a baby he had to get an operation as he had hyperspadias he got an operation to fix it anyways since he has had this he has so many urine infections one after the other so we took him back up the children’s hospital and they told me that he will have to come in for a day op so iv been waiting 12 weeks so far and lately the past two weeks he has been squeezing his pee out like he can’t go to the toilet and just pee he has to stand and pee with a squeeze motion what else can I do as I have done everything like got in touch with the hospital and nothing !!!!
