Hi can I have a ppp…this is going to be a long one😂
This isn’t baby related but is about my children…me and their dad split almost a year ago and we have 2girls…he has moved in with his gf of 5months recently and the kids are slowly becoming less of a priority for him..anyway a couple of weeks ago he had been drinking(he’s a nasty drunk and can’t handle it) and was in charge of our children…he had a massive row with his gf and it ended with my kids being scared and me fetching them late at night…wen he sobered up he agreed not to drink wen he has them.well he had arranged a party for tonight and had lied about it to me,so obviously once I found out I told him he wasn’t having the children coz he can’t be trusted to look after them wen he’s drinking.his new gf then had the cheek to message me this morning telling me to let them go over!!! I was absolutely livid and gave her her answer…who is she to tell me about my children…anyway now my ex is threatening to take me to court over this saying I won’t let him have them…baring in mind he has had them 24hours in total over this half term and didn’t want to have them yday on his normal day…what can I expect to happen in court??
