Hi can I have a ppp xx

My 2 year old son keeps pacing up and down the room doing some strange hand grasps and facial movement’s and expressions. He’s been doing it for a couple of months however its getting worse. Could be sat watching cbeebies and the next thing he’s pacing up and down, kind of in a trance. I try shouting his name and he ignores me, doesn’t even acknowledge me. Has anybody else been through anything similar? I just thought it was a phase. I’m unsure what to do. Thanks xx
