Hi can I have a ppp

I’m woke up last night with a pain on my left side near my hip,I can’t stop crying like it’s uncontrollable,I have a headache,heads tingling and throbbing I keep being sick, I keep going hot and then freezing but still hot to touch An I’m just shaking..
