Hi can I have a private post please.
Basically my hv has referred me to speak to this support group thing through hospital I had an appointment which is missed this morning. She’s guna moan I not it, I know I should have gone, but I do have a Dr appointment which she knows about but she still wanted me to do this referral. My hv said she thinks I’m suffering from depression and anxiety (I no I am I have been for ages just never said anything)I can’t talk to people I struggle to open up the only person who knows is my bf but he’s useless coz he’s like me doesn’t open up, my issue is the Dr will either just give me medication or refer me to a Councillor which neither will work. What goes through my head isn’t something that will just go away by medicine or telling someone they will only go away if I make changes which I can’t. Just needed to vent x
